Join presenter Michael Bettine for Gongtopia, an immersive sound experience featuring gongs, singing bowls, bells, and other instruments. Imagine floating in an ocean of sound as waves of vibration surround you, creating space to slow down, let go of everyday stress, and simply be present.
Weather permitting, Gongtopia will take place outdoors in the Anjali Pavilion at Womanspace.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to make yourself comfortable and wear comfortable clothing. Come ready to settle in, listen, and experience the power of sound.
