Gentle breath work and soothing soundscapes gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation. The journey continues with the deep and meditative frequencies of the gongs - a wordless story told through vibration. Each swell, strike, and pause evokes a different mood or emotional landscape, guiding you through waves of release, stillness, insight, and renewal.

🌙 We’ll close the evening in community—sharing tea, cookies, and time to connect. Oracle cards will also be available for those who feel called to receive a little extra guidance before heading home.
