A time and space to balance Mind Body and Spirit.
The complex matrix of sounds in a Gong Sound Journey creates a sacred space in which meditation, relaxation, self-healing, spiritual exploration and altered states of being are all possible.
It's a time for you.
It's a time to focus on the power of positive personal intent and to let yourself find your balance.
Instructions
Please bring anything with you to keep you warm and comfy for the sound journey......
*Yoga / Pilates or sleeping mats / camping mat
*cushions
*blankets
*pillows
*duvets
*sleeping bag
etc.
You will be lying down for 1 hour and so you want to be as comfortable as possible.
Something to cover your eyes is also good.
Please arrive in plenty of time to settle into your space before we start.
