The deep, healing vibrations of the gongs merge with the energy of the space and the elemental power of fire. This will guide you on a journey of inner exploration, letting go, cleansing, and spiritual awakening.

In this sacred connection, you can find peace, clarity, and the opportunity to release what no longer serves you, helping you to reconnect with your core and free yourself from all burdens.

What is a Gong Puja?
A Gong Puja is a special meditative practice where gongs are played continuously for 7 ½ hours, bringing deep, harmonizing frequencies into the space. The sounds act as a “cleansing bath” for the energy system, helping to dissolve blockages, reduce stress, and foster profound inner calm.

In this cozy space you can sleep, dream, watch or travel with your mind and heart.

It is a unique opportunity to connect intentionally with the healing power of sound and enhance your well-being. We are excited to share this special experience with you and dive into the healing vibrations together.

• From 19:00 onwards: Arrival
• 20:00 Tea & setting up your sleeping space
• 21:00 Start of the Puja
• 7:00 the next morning: Light breakfast
• 8:30 Closing circle & departure

What should you bring?
Please bring everything you need for sleeping comfortably (mattresses are provided):

• Yoga, camping mat or fleeces blanket, blanket or sleeping bag, and a pillow
• A sleep mask, if you prefer to sleep in the dark
• A towel, if you wish to take a shower
• Comfortable and warm clothing (including socks!)
• Anything that supports your comfort
• A notebook in case you feel inspired to write or draw
• An open heart and willingness to fully immerse yourself in the sound experience

Come with curiosity and be ready to lose yourself in the magical sound streams of the gongs.
