Step into a 90-minute journey of meditation and sound designed to calm the nervous system, expand awareness, and restore balance. We’ll begin with some practice - breath work, meditation, some movement - then transition into a deeply restorative experience as The Gongs and other vibrational instruments wash over you, inviting your mind, body, and spirit to fully let go.
As the sounds unfold, many participants experience emotional release, deep stillness, and a sense of expansion. You’ll leave feeling aligned, refreshed, and open to new possibilities with a lasting sense of peace.
