Drawing on Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead® framework and the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership, participants gain practical tools to lead from the inside out—balancing compassion with accountability, courage with care.

Through facilitated dialogue, practical tools, and real‑world application, leaders will learn how to:
