You get to decide.” – Astara RavenAstara and Orion of Illuminating Hearts bring you an incredible afternoon of resonance and meditation to awaken you to the shared space of Trinity PT and Omaha Power Yoga.
Tapping into abundance is easy, you do it every day. Astara writes of her first channeling experience in How the Stars Tell Time, “...my left hand is open receiving abundance, and the right hand is extending healing energy.” It is that simple. So abundance is actually more about the quality you are connecting with, than it is about the quantity. The multi-frequency magic of the gongs helps dissolve the noise in and around you, helping you attune your resonant field to the quality of abundance you want.
We lead the group through a gong immersion experience to support you while you meditate. Orion and Astara encompass you in layers of organic resonant medicine. Appropriate for all levels of meditation knowledge. Bring a friend!
Pre-registration encouraged. Check in time 2:45pm. Event start time 3:00pm.

Dress comfortably to sit on the floor. We have a few bolsters, blankets, and back jacks, but we encourage you to bring your favorite sit bolster/pillow (zafu/zabutan). If you need a chair, please message us. As an event for meditation, children aged 12 and up may attend to maintain this atmosphere. We will provide loaner Mindfold eye-masks for those who prefer to cover their eyes during meditation.
