Gong Meditation & Sound Bath with Mary Attwood | March 2026

Join us on Second Sundays from 10am-12:30pm for a transformational and meditative workshop welcoming beginners as well as those well versed in inner travels and exploration. Please bring a blanket, journal and eye mask if desired and wear loose clothing for some light yoga or movement prior to the meditation and sound bath with the gong and crystal singing bowls.

A short sharing circle follows each sound class. These workshops are spiritual in nature influenced by yoga/Hinduism, Buddhism, Abrahamic traditions, indigenous practices, and those of all (or no) faiths are welcome.

Tickets are refundable up to 24hrs before the event.
