Come experience a lovely healing sound bath on Fourth and Fifth Fridays from 5:30pm-7pm.
No major yoga or movement, but do come ready to be comfy laying down or seated for at least a 30 minute sound bath with the gong and crystal singing bowls. This is a spiritual class with some yogic and indigenous practices mixed into the sound healing, and those of all faiths (or no faith) are invited to participate.
Tickets are refundable up to 24hrs before the event.
