Gong Bath – Coronation Hall, Mundesley.
Starts at 7.00pm (please arrive from 6.45pm for a prompt start)
There is something powerful about being immersed in sound.
A gong bath is not simply listening — it is an experience of vibration moving through the body. The layered tones of gongs and accompanying instruments create a field of sound that allows the nervous system to settle, the mind to quieten and the body to soften.
Many people describe feeling clearer, lighter or deeply rested afterwards. The experience is different for everyone, but the intention is the same — to create space for restoration, balance and inner stillness.
The session lasts one hour.
£14 per person.
Book online or you are welcome to turn up and pay cash on the door.
To fully receive the experience, we recommend lying down. Please bring:
A yoga type mat
A pillow
A blanket or sleeping bag (warmth helps the body relax)
Chairs are available if you prefer to be seated or you can bring your own relaxation type chair.
Please also bring a drink with you.
We hold these evenings bi-monthly.
We also hold Gong Baths at Tithe Barn in Coltishall, Hoveton Village Hall.
Once your ticket is purchased refunds are not available, but it can be transferred to another Gong Bath.
