Join Maggie to experience the ultimate meditative power hour! Gong Baths (or Sound Baths) are an increasingly popular wellbeing experience which incorporate a variety of unique sounds and vibrations. In these wonderful sessions, Maggie and The Hum of the Universe will bring you healing frequencies using gongs, dragon healing frequency tubes, chimes and percussion to relax and rejuvenate your body and mind.
Get comfortable and allow your mind to focus on the sounds and vibrations in the room. The sound waves will wash over you, pulling you into a deep meditative state of being.
Bring something to lie on, a cushion, a blanket and some water. Wear comfortable clothing so you can relax, get cosy and warm and begin your healing journey.
These sessions are restricted to a maximum of 18 people. We invite you to unwind in The Corn Hall Café beforehand and enjoy 10% off your order with your booking.
