Join Amy for an immersion into the healing power of sound. The sustained resonance of the gong blossoms into a ‘sound envelope’ around you, allowing you to enter a theta brainwave state and experience a deep sense of relaxation and peace. The vibrations of the gong work at a cellular level to release stagnant energy and rebalance the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. These sound baths explore a variety of instruments including a Symphonic Gong, Chinese Wind Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and Chimes.
All mats, blankets and bolsters are provided so all you need to do is lay down, relax and allow the sound waves to move through you. No experience of yoga or mediation are needed.
