Sunday's yoga, yin and gong fusions are back! In this masterclass we begin with 50 mins of flexibility flow followed by 50 mins of longer held yin yoga postures followed by a luxurious extended gong bath Savasana. We will work with the meridians of Autumn: the lungs and the large intestine. The poses and self acupressure used will help boost our physical immunity for the colder season and also help to process the emotions of sadness and grief that can get stuck in these particular organs.
