About this Event

Join us in this beautiful and quiet setting to experience how the power of sound can relax and restore both your mind and body. The sound and vibrations from gongs and other ancient instruments help to centre the mind, calm the nervous system, and restore vitality to the body.

Everyone is welcome - experienced meditators and those curious to try a gong bath for the first time. The beauty of a gong bath meditation is that anyone can enjoy it, no experience necessary. (Please see note below about circumstances where gong baths might not be suitable).

Something to lie on, such as a yoga mat(s)
A blanket or warm jumper

Spots are very limited so grab yours now.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Gong baths are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, anyone who suffers from fits (epileptics), or anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of pregnancy during that time. If you wear a hearing aid, your device should be turned off during the session. If you have any concerns, please speak with your doctor in advance.

Who will be leading the session?

This session will be led by Mark Smallman. Mark studied Naad Yoga (which is the Yoga of Sound). He is also an Aria Breath and Soma Breath practitioner running bi-weekly online sessions as well as in-person breathwork sessions. Mark has performed wellbeing activities for the likes of Google, Amazon, TikTok, Soho House, and Sense Arts.
