Join me, Tina Maria, for a weekly Gong Sound Bath in the beautiful and tranquil setting of Lake House. Each session is an invitation to journey inward—guided by the deep, healing vibrations of the gongs, allowing you to reconnect with yourself through sound, breath, and stillness.
A Space to Unwind & Rebalance
Step onto the newly renovated heated floor, settle into deep relaxation, and let theresonant tones of the gongs wash over you, restoring harmony to your body, mind and soul.
Breath & Sound: At the beginning, I will gently guide you into deep relaxation using breath techniques. As you tuck yourself in with a cozy blanket, you’ll be invited to soften, breathe deeply, and settle into a state of restful surrender.
Gong Immersion: A tranquil soundscape of soft, flowing vibrations designed to support deep healing and balance.
Surrender & Stillness: Just lay down, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be heldby the sound—there’s nothing to do but receive.
Closing & Integration: After the silence at the end, I will guide you back to the present moment, allowing time to absorb the experience. Each session unfolds organically, meeting you exactly where you are—no prior experience needed. Simply come as you are, in comfortable clothing, with an open heart.

About Tina Maria Stahl
Tina Maria has spent the last decade traveling the world, teaching the Way of theGong, and sharing her deep knowledge of sound, healing, and meditation. She isknown for her intuitive, creative, and feminine gong playing, as well as her co-creation of titanium gong designs for private customers. Her journey has included extensive studies in gong playing, teacher training, and advanced workshops with Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux and Mehtab Benton, making her a certified teacher for gong playing. As the founder and daily leader of Nordic Gong Academy in Copenhagen, Tina Maria offers trainings, workshops, and immersive gong experiences, guiding others to explore the profound connection between sound and consciousness.
