Join me at Gong Within's Urmston Gong Bath!
As time seems to speed up, a gong bath can help can slow things down. I love bringing the power of gong sounds to people's lives.
Immersing yourself in sound is a wonderful way to take a break from the pressures of work, family, endless to do lists, or whatever it is you're stressing about. Take some time and let gong sounds bring their magic to you.
