Gong Bath & Cacao Ceremony // Gong Bad & Kakao Zeremonie

We will enjoy the precious ceremonial bean of the Cacao in a Ritual setting intentions for the night. Then Rest and Rejuvenate to the Gong.

Cacao is a ceremonial plant and has highly rejuvenating properties. We will take 30 Minutes to drink one or two cycles of this precious bean before laying down and interact with the sound and vibration of the Gong.

The Gong Bath will be an invitation to go an internal state of silence, peace and truth feeling the Plant of the Cacao fully. It allows for a complete relaxation with the sound, balances emotions and our bio-rhythm. The Gong let's us reduce stress and tension, harmonizing us on our natural frequency. It gives us the possibility to work through and advance personal topics; regenerates, strengthens and brings us back into balance.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, energetically depleted, or simply seeking deeper presence, this session invites you to release, reset, and realign.

We will finish with a sharing circle - well rejuvenated and inspired. The session will be limited to 6 Participants in total.

Christian Rippel is a reowned Yoga Teacher, Conscious Dance Facilitator, Sound Therapist, Vipassana Meditator and Gong Player from Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg.

He completed 800 hrs.+ Yoga Teacher and Meditation Trainng in Rishikesh, India and 40 hrs.+ Gong Training under reowned Gong Player and Teacher Nora Montes-Schirmeier.
