Golden Retriever Puppy Yoga in Mississauga
About this Event
The Sunday scaries don't stand a chance against a room full of Golden Retriever puppies.
Welcome to Golden Retriever Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Mississauga. This is an hour of gentle movement, warm puppy weight, and the kind of Sunday afternoon that actually resets you before the week begins.
Golden Retrievers are famously enthusiastic about people. Expect nuzzles, lap visits, and at least one puppy who decides your yoga mat is their personal nap zone.
Here's how the hour breaks down:
- 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga
- 20 minutes of connection and cuddle time
- 5 minutes of sharing circle
Why people keep coming back
Puppy yoga in Mississauga does something a regular yoga class cannot. A Golden Retriever puppy wanders over, tucks against your side, and your nervous system just... exhales. No inbox, no to-do list. Just a very soft puppy and a Sunday that actually feels like yours.
A note on Golden Retriever puppies
Golden Retrievers are one of the most people-oriented breeds around. They are gentle, curious, and genuinely delighted by human company. At this age they are also a little clumsy, deeply wiggly, and completely unaware of personal space. That is entirely the point.
Families and kids
Kids ages 5 and up are welcome at this session. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and handle the puppies with care.
Mats provided. No experience needed. Come exactly as you are, Sunday mood and all.
