Join Peel Mom Social Club for 3 AMAZING Winter Wellness Events with Oona Wellness Group in Mississauga! Each event has been subsidized making it accessible to moms across Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon and the GTA at $5 per event. You're welcome to join solo or with your little one (for yoga & pilates only 1 child per mom please and 0-12M only).
💖Mat Yoga with Cachelle - November 12 from 1-2PM
This is a mindful, grounding practice open to all levels. We will move through gentle transitions at a slower pace, focusing on breath and intentional movement to cultivate strength and ease. Babies are welcome to stay close by on a blanket or mat, in a stroller or car seat, or be held whenever they need Mom. Moms can come solo or with their baby 0-12 months.
💖Mat Pilates with Dahlia - November 25 from 11AM-12PM
A welcoming Pilates class created especially for moms and their little ones. It’s an opportunity to move, strengthen, stretch, and reconnect with your body while having your baby right there with you. This will be a gentle, accessible Pilates class with a focus on core strength, posture, mobility, and full body strength. Babies are welcome to stay close by on a blanket or mat, in a stroller or car seat, or be held whenever they need Mom. Moms can come solo or with their baby 0-12 months.

What does your toddler actually need? With so many vitamins, supplements, and wellness products marketed to parents, it can be hard to know what’s truly helpful and what’s just clever marketing. In this practical, myth-busting session, we’ll explore the supplements that may benefit toddlers, and key nutrients to be mindful of during the early years. You’ll leave feeling more confident about what your little one needs - and what you can skip. Moms can come solo or with their child(ren) of any age.

This fee reflects the value of community curation, removing the need to search, organize, or rely on apps or programs, while supporting the planning and coordination that make each gathering possible.
