Golden Hour Flow with Garibaldi x Elevate Fitness

Join us on Garibaldi’s seaside terrace at InterContinental San Diego for a golden hour yoga experience hosted by Garibaldi + Elevate Fitness. Flow through an outdoor yoga session as the sun sets over the waterfront, creating the perfect atmosphere to move, breathe, and unwind. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, this evening is all about good energy, beautiful views, and a moment of wellness at sunset. Complimentary self-parking is included, and fresh, feel-good smoothies will be available to enjoy.

Yoga begins at 6:15 PM and will run for one hour, guiding you through a relaxing flow designed to help you reset and recharge. After the session, guests are invited to stay, mingle, and connect with the community while enjoying the beautiful sunset setting.

This is a BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) event, so please plan to bring your own yoga mat. A limited number will be available on-site for anyone who may forget. 🧘‍♀️
