THE COMPETITION To be selected as a Finalist you will need to Create a Signature Cocktail using Dilmah Tea & incorporating sponsors products.
15 Finalists will be selected, 10 Professional Bartenders & 5 Next Generation Bartenders
On Sunday October 5th all Finalists will be asked to create their Signature Cocktail to the judges & go through a series of other challenges to see who will take home the title of Bartender of the Year Professional & Next Generation.
