With the growing demand for run-specific coaching, we’re excited to officially launch Rebound’s dedicated running programs!
About this Event

We've listened to youand we’re excited to officially launch Rebound’s first running training programs, starting with the Gold Coast Marathon & Half Marathon Training Programs.
This is a community-focused, race-specific program built for:

  • Pure runners
  • Runners who enjoy using cross-training (cycling or swimming) to support their running goals
  • Triathletes who want to prioritise their run performance

Whether you’re preparing for your first half marathon, chasing a PB, or coming from a triathlon background and wanting to improve your run, the structure adapts to your experience.


The program features a structured, periodised build, optional lead-up races, in-person coached sessions in Brisbane, and the ability to follow the full plan remotely via TrainingPeaks.
