This workshop invites you to slow down and explore where Valentine’s Day really began—long before cards, chocolates, and expectations. Together, we’ll look at the ancient traditions and goddess-centered stories that shaped early celebrations of love, connection, and self-worth.
Through gentle discussion and simple reflective activities, we’ll focus on celebrating ourselves—learning how older traditions honoured love as something that starts within, not something we have to earn or receive from others.
This is a relaxed, supportive space to reflect, learn, and reconnect—with history, with meaning, and with yourself.
