Nov 24 til Jan 5 Progressive classes for intermediate/adv urban dancers.
Sundays 5 to 7pm + practice 7-8pm.

Jan 5 workshop- stand alone, open to non-class urban kiz dancers.
6 x 30=$180 for 18 hrs
Prepaid includes 6hrs of Free practices, AND save 10$ on workshop that is $40 for non-class dancers joining only the workshop.

Intensive Class themes: Konpa (hahah just kiddin), Drills, (Repetition n Naming moves solo/ w partner), Technique , Footwork: Advanced weight transfer, Axis games, Core awareness, Pivots, Slides, 1- footed turns, Cross steps).
Goal is to focus on you! Intention, body awareness, body scanning, in every step. Confidence. FLOW.
Follow a routine u can practice at home.
Video before n after to evaluate progress!
Wkshop theme Jan 5: Douceur n Body Grooves: Connection to partner, musicality, deep focus, body isos, calmness.
Address : 633 lakeshore blvd west at Bathurst. Party Room 2nd flr.
Wear suede bottoms, bring heels n flats, both. +Water,snacks.
Parking on side street stadium drive, or underground parking on east side.
