🏈 Interested in learning more about decorated sugar cookies?! We have you covered from our cookie bakery, Flour, Eggs & Yeast! We provide everything you will need from cookies, icing, sprinkles, chocolate chips, and a box to take your awesome creations home in - we just need YOU! We’ll be decorating 6 cookies during this 1.5 hour cookie decorating class!

This month features all our Thanksgiving Table creations created in cookie form.

🎃 You'll leave class with a great understanding of the basics of sugar cookies plus a few cool techniques we'll cover in class! More details on refunds, things to bring, credits, and FAQs are below - looking forward to having you with us.

🍷 Optionally, 21+ years of age attendees can order a glass of wine, mimosa, or any specialty coffee beverage to enjoy while decorating their cookies from this new coffee shop we're working in called, Island Touch Cafe, located right next to one of our favorite restaurants, Rusteak.

Wondering what you need to bring to have a successful time decorating? Well – nothing’s required – but here’s the things we recommend if you’d like to elevate your experience!

🦃 Bring an apron! Things can get messy when you’re workin’ with royal icing – so grab an apron (bonus points if it’s cute – I’ll definitely be asking where you got it).

🦃Bring your glasses! There’s a reference slide deck to help you decorate, but if things get blurry far away, seeing glasses may be a great bet.

🦃Bring your phone! I love it when students take pictures throughout class – so bring a phone!

🦃 Bring a good attitude! Cookies are fun, but they're also challenging! A good attitude makes all the difference.

DIY / Add-On Kits at checkout for $35

Order your sugar cookie class kit and take the class home with you to practice those skills, or do an activity with a friend! We do bring a few to class for purchase onsite but they sell out QUICK!

These class kits come with everything you'll use in class, and I’ll email you the class PowerPoint so you can follow our step-by-step instructions from home! Cookie Class DIY Kits are created before your class, and you'll pick them up and take them with you after class.

How long can a kit last? Depending on how you store your icing, your kits can last for a week or longer. Freezing cookies keep them fresh for a long time, but I recommend using your kit as soon as possible - ideally in the first week after you've taken it home. Cookies are sealed for freshness – but again, use it in under a week to make sure it tastes the best.

About this Class, all the details!

🍰This class is for the beginner cookier or for the person who is just curious about what cookie decorating is all about! If you have limited experience with sugar cookies, found yourself frustrated with royal icing, or if you're trying to have fun with family or friends, this is the class for you!

🍗‍This class is on Saturday, November 23rd, starts at 12pm, and ends at 1:30pm so we can have enough time to decorate and answer questions along the way. It's also a PERFECT coffee shop to come by early for breakfast or lunch before diving into our cookie class. Hint hint: their pecan pancakes are AMAZING at the Island Touch Cafe!

🏈Come by yourself, bring your best friend, bring your beau, or bring the family - we have seating for up to 25 people! It's a blast whether you're coming with a friend, family member, or solo!

🎃The class will be held at Island Touch Cafe in Ocoee, Florida located at 1711 Amazing Way, suite 113, in Ocoee, Florida. Nervous about the parking situation? Don’t be! Parking is pretty easy - there is ample parking immediately in front of the coffee shop and to the right, next to the Rusteak restaurant.

Class Cancellation Policy: Classes may be canceled at the discretion of me, the event host. This rarely happens – but in that extremely rare event that it does, you’ll receive a 100% refund including your Eventbrite fees.

Classes with attendance below 5 people will be canceled. Don’t be sad! You can either get a class credit for a future class (along with my apologies), or a full refund! I’ll let you know if your class has low attendance 7 days before the event is canceled so that you can bring a friend (hint hint) or find other plans for that day.

Fees

Your ticket price includes your ticket fees; however, EventBrite does not refund its fees. If you cancel your ticket and request a refund prior to the cancelation window expiring, I’ll happily give you a refund less the EventBrite fee – since I don’t get this fee back either. EventBrite keeps it regardless of whether you show up or cancel. I know – I hate it too!
