Goat Yoga in Ocean Beach

Welcome to Goat Yoga!

Come join us for a unique yoga experience right in the backyard of an Ocean Beach home. Two baby goats, born in November 2024, will be your yoga companions alongside a few other furry friends who will be there to add an extra element of fun and relaxation to your practice. All skill levels welcome--this event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature. (our focus is the goats--this is not a formal yoga class)

Bring your yoga mat, water, sunscreen, hat, and any other supplies you may need, as this class will be outside--bring whatever you may need, as no supplies will be provided. Also, please leave any furry companions at home--this event is for humans only.
