Goat Yoga

Oh how we have been missing our Goat Yoga friends on the farm! It's been a long hot summer, and we are SO ready for cooler weather and friends in the yoga yard! Our first babies of the year are due in December so classes before then will be with our mamas and June Bug (our youngest little one born in... June. Mamas love the yoga! They don't participate by jumping on people (thankfully). They prefer to give goat hugs, kisses and snuggle up on your mat and take a nap! The youngins bring an unmatched energy to the yoga yard, often turning it into something more resembling parkour! Our animals are very special to us and given so much love ~ you'll see it when your here because they like to share their love with everyone that visits. We never know what kind of day it'll be. Sometimes it's super calm and peaceful surrounded by loving goats, other times, whew... it can get chaotic and what can best be described as parkour! There have been days when my face hurt from laughing so much! haha!

We suggest everyone bring an old beach towel or two. Back-ups are great to have as, goats are farm animals with unpredictable "bathroom etiquete" (is that a nice way to say it?). Poo happens yall. We also have a few extra supplies to help with when needed. Water and bugspray may also be good to bring. In the event of recent rain/wet ground, we suggest bringing an old yoga mat or waterproof picnic mat. In the case of rain during class time, class will be cancelled/rescheduled. Parking is really tight here, so we like to encourage carpooling when possible, and thank you for your cooperation with that!

We will be scheduling classes from October thru May or June, so if you don't find a date and time on our schedule that work for you now, please check back, new dates are added all the time!
