Elisa Borelli is the co-founder of Balsamico Italian Kitchen, where she shares her passion for authentic Italian cuisine, fine wines, and the artistry of balsamic vinegar. She has developed and led numerous wine dinners, tastings, and masterclasses—including the restaurant’s signature regional wine journeys and balsamic tasting experiences—making wine approachable, engaging, and deeply connected to culture.Alongside her husband, Chef Michele Borelli, Elisa has created a welcoming space that celebrates the flavors of Emilia-Romagna and beyond.
