What is the HYROX PFT? 🤔
The HYROX PFT (Physical Fitness Test) is a global fitness benchmark designed to measure your strength, endurance, and overall conditioning. It's the ultimate introduction to HYROX — a standardized test that allows you to compare your score against thousands of athletes around the world.
Think of it as your entry ticket into the HYROX community: a way to gauge where you're at, see how you stack up, and build a roadmap for improvement before tackling a full HYROX race.

The HYROX PFT Test 📋
Here's what you'll take on:
* 1,000m Run
* 50 Burpee Broad Jumps
* 100 Stationary Lunges
* 1,000m Row
* 30 Hand-Release Push Ups
* 100 Wall Balls (14/10 lbs)
All done for time - push your pace, test your fitness, and earn your score. ⏰📊
+ Optional Event #2 - SkiErg Challenge ⛷️
For those who want an extra test, we're adding a 1,000m SkiErg for time as a bonus event. 🚀
* Fastest male and female in each division will earn an additional prize
* A fun way to put your engine to the test after the PFT or as a stand-alone challenge
