Gluten free but want to enjoy your own homemade pasta?!

This is your chance to learn to make delicious vegetarian and gluten free pasta from Chef Chrissie of Healthy Chef To Order. She will be demonstrating how to make pasta from start to finish with opportunities for you to participate in the creation of pasta. In addition to learning to make gluten free pasta, you will learn how to make a great red sauce, filling for your raviolis, and an amazing diary free pesto. After the creation of the pasta, filling and sauce are completed, Chef Chrissie will cook off all the pasta the group creates, then set up a complete pasta buffet with a large green salad to round out your meal.

You will get a chance to sit down and enjoy the pasta you created with the rest of the group. Pasta can be served vegetarian or vegan depending on your desire and dietary needs. Please communicate any dietary needs in advance. If you have an apron, bring it because pasta making can be messy and ready to feel inspired to get in your kitchen to make delicious pasta. There will be some aprons available, but possibly not enough for the group. After your wonderful afternoon, you will receive all the recipes so you can recreate them at home for you and yours to enjoy!
