Yoga Posture clinics are designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of specific yoga postures. With an understanding of proper alignment, actions within the body, and the goal of the pose, one can greatly deepen their yoga practice even when facing physical challenges.

You'll be guided through a posture clinic that teaches foundational anatomy principles that are involved in different yoga postures. Each session will be taught based upon who shows up to the practice. The key elements will include getting a better understanding of alignment and biomechanics, understanding how to identify dysfunctional patterns and learning how to effectively move through yoga practice!
These clinics are accessible to any level practitioner and are ideal for yoga teachers and students who are looking to deepen their anatomy and yoga posture awareness!
