GLRP CO Standard — Cocktail Technique Class

This is a hands-on cocktail technique class focused on how professional bartenders actually work in real environments — private events, home bars, and high-volume situations where precision and efficiency matter.

This is not a party, a tasting, or a casual demo.
It’s a working session built around repetition, balance, and clean execution.

Participants will work in pairs at fully set stations and rotate roles, building classic gin-based cocktails while focusing on:

• proper mise en place
• measuring and balance
• ice selection and dilution
• shaking and straining technique
• glassware and garnish discipline

• people who host regularly
• serious home bartenders
• anyone looking to tighten their fundamentals and work cleaner behind the bar
