Glowing Goddess Half Day Retreat (Belfast, Limited Spaces)

I'm running a half day Goddess retreat on Sunday 26th October 2pm-5pm.

49a Cregagh Road, Belfast, Barefoot Body & Soul studios (entrance is round the side of the building through the grey door up the stairs).

Snacks and drinks provided.

I'll guide you through relaxing meditation to connect to your feminine power and energy, gentle breathwork to release stress and relax, embodiment practices to feel confident and glowing in your own skin, journalling and sisterhood convos to connect with like-minded women and experience positive changes in yourself, your life, love and work.

Fun, laughter, a day to take time for you to revitalise your energy, get clear direction for your life and build confidence.

Bring yoga mat, journal & pen.
