Come with your homie, lover, or bestie… or come solo and meet someone new.
This glow-in-the-dark, blacklight partner yoga experience is designed to help you connect, laugh, and move together, whether you arrive with someone or get paired up when you walk in.
Under blacklights and vibrant glow lighting, you’ll be guided through:
- Beginner-friendly acro yoga
- Assisted stretching techniques
- A playful partner flow
- And simple connection-building exercises
No yoga experience required. Just bring an open mind, a body, and a willingness to vibe with someone new or deepen the bond with someone you already love.
Come dressed in white, neon, or bright colors to glow under the blacklights ✨
What to Expect: You’ll rotate through different partner-based experiences designed to build trust, communication, and play:
1️⃣ Icebreaker & Pairing (10 minutes)
Light, fun partner activities to break the tension and help everyone feel comfortable.
Solo attendees will be paired or added to a small group — no one gets left out.
2️⃣ Assisted Stretch Lab
Learn how to:
Help your partner stretch safely
Release tension in hips, back, shoulders, and legs
Feel supported instead of forced
Perfect for beginners, tight bodies, and nervous first-timers.
3️⃣ Beginner Acro Yoga
Simple, safe partner poses that build:
Trust
Communication
Core strength
Laughter 😏
Nothing intimidating, just accessible, playful, and empowering.
4️⃣ Glow Partner Flow
A guided, music-driven partner flow where you:
Move in sync
Trade support
Mirror each other’s energy
And let the glow lights amplify the vibe

5️⃣ Closing Connection
A short grounding moment, breath, or intention to seal the energy you built with your partner or group.
