Join us at M&A DanceLab Studio for an enchanting evening where candlelight flickers and healing sound flows like water. Guided by Shannon Renee of Me in the Meantime, you’ll be wrapped in the calming tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more—with each note inviting your body into rest and your spirit into renewal.
