Glow Within: A Journal Workshop

Join us for a Self-Care workshop led by Miss Universe Ghana and Licensed Psychotherapist, . With guest speakers from ChiroMed and Ikigai Wellness, guests will experience a fireside chat that focuses on the impact of physical wellness on mental well being. Guests will then be given guided journal prompts where they will explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences in a safe and supportive space.
