Grow, Glow & Flow: Yoga + Bouquet Bar Experience

Step into spring with an experience designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect.

We’ll begin with a beginner-friendly vinyasa yoga flow focused on gently awakening the body, improving circulation, and creating a sense of ease in your movement. This class is accessible to all levels and designed to leave you feeling energized- not exhausted.

After class, stay and enjoy our custom bouquet bar, where you’ll create your own mini floral arrangement using a curated selection of fresh, seasonal stems. It’s a simple, creative way to slow down, connect, and take a piece of the experience home with you.

• 10:00 AM – Doors open
• 10:30–11:15 AM – Yoga class
• 11:15 AM–12:30 PM – Bouquet bar + social time
