Glow Forward Flow & Sculpt Festival at The Gates Hotel with Pilates Unplugged

Start your year grounded, glowing and ready to reset at the Glow Forward Flow & Sculpt Festival with Pilates Unplugged, held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Jan. 17, at The Gates Hotel South Beach. Guests can enjoy a rooftop and poolside morning of movement, mindfulness and community featuring a Pilates Flow & Sculpt class led by Deb, a sound bath by High Frequencies and a mental health workshop hosted by @thatselfcaretherapist. Additional offerings include massages by Divine Motion Chiropractic, B12 injections by Natura Dermatology & Cosmetics, and a facial station by The Glow Corrective.

Tickets, starting at $70, also include coffee and matcha from Mokas Cafe, nourishing meals and snacks from Ideal Nutrition, and an activewear set by LOLA LA’BEL. Attendees can also enjoy brow services by Luxury Ink by Josie, permanent jewelry from Golden Hour Permanent Jewelry and early bird goodie bags filled with wellness surprises.
