Get ready to GLOW and FLOW!Join us in the studio for an exhilarating and unique yoga experience unlike any other! Our Glow & Flow Yoga class will blend a vinyasa yoga flow with funky beats, black lights, glow sticks, and more!
No experience is necessary! All levels are welcome to join this FUN and unforgettable class. All students will receive a GLOW goodie bag.
We have mats available for your use at the studio if needed.
