We are excited to announce our next date for "Sound Healing Sunday" at Balance Yoga & Lifestyle! Join us in the studio for a special collaboration with Harmonics of Life for a relaxing and restorative Sunday Sound Bath - a full-body immersion experience that uses intentional sound to nurture the mind and body. This immersive, meditative experience uses the healing tones of crystal sound bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and other instruments. The frequencies of the crystal bowls combined with various frequencies of the other instruments promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support your body's natural healing processes.
This session is designed to:
- Encourage deep rest and stress relief
- Support self-discovery and inner balance
- Promote a sense of peace and well-being
Wear your jammies, your loungewear, your sweats...whatever you like to be super comfy! What an AMAZING way to treat yourself and set the tone for the week and month ahead!
Details:
Cost: $25 per person
Mats, blankets, and bolsters are available for your use at the studio
Sound Healing Sunday will be held on the last Sunday of each month, from 6-7 PM
