Coming up on Friday, February 21, join Amy McGuire from Balance Yoga & Lifestyle for an all-levels slow flow style class that will take place in the Main Gallery at the Panama City Center for the Arts. ALL levels are welcome, and we'd love and appreciate it if you could help us spread the word to your friends! Yoga in the Gallery is such a great way to start off the weekend with all the good yoga vibes and an incredible, supportive yoga community!

-Please bring your own yoga mat if possible
