Join Sydnie Mulcahy, CYT-200 yoga teacher and certified meditation and mindfulness guide, for a TOOL-themed, black light-lit vinyasa yoga class on Friday, April 11th at 6:30pm ET (75 minutes) at Moonlight & Mindfulness in Dracut, MA.This is not your average vinyasa class! Set to the music of TOOL, we’ll flow to the beat—moving through sequences that blend breath, movement, and rhythm. Expect a dynamic, faster-paced flow woven into a balanced practice, with a mindful warm-up and cool-down. Whether you're a dedicated TOOL fan or just looking for a unique, high-energy yoga experience, this class welcomes all—just be ready to move!
To enhance the vibe, the studio will be lit by black lights, so we encourage you to wear neon or black and white to glow with the flow! Glow sticks are encouraged too if so you choose!
Bring your own yoga mat and any props you like to practice with, as studio props are limited. Please note: This is a 75-minute class, not a standard 60-minute session.
