Sebastian was a triplet with Down Syndrome, a happy three-year-old with the most contagious laugh, who loved music and dancing.
In February of 2023, Sebastian fell ill with a respiratory illness that kept him in the intensive care unit at Boston Children’s Hospital. After a long and hard-fought battle, the Ponte family suffered the loss of this special boy.
Fundraising efforts will support various institutions that have played a significant role in the family's lives including Boston Children's Hospital & Greater Lowell Technical High School.
