This course will introduce Yan Shou Gong, and is ideal for newcomers. We will introduce the strings, and Set 1, the most important Yan Shou Gong set, and then explore Set 2.
For those already familiar with Yan Shou Gong, there will be the opportunity to progress beyond set 1, exploring either set 2 or 3, depending upon the experience level of participants, with plenty of opportunity to go deeper into Yan Shou Gong principles in practice.
The times will be 11am-5pm to allow time before for people travelling from further away.
Price is £120, with an optional reduced rate of £80.
