Playful, creative and a brilliant way to explore movement.

Movement Improvisation can improve your physicality, increase your confidence, build your stength and stamina and just feel amazing!

Once a month drop-in sessions for adults that are suitable for everyone. You don’t need any previous experience in contact improv or contemporary dance; the sessions are open to all abilities.

As the class runs on a drop-in basis, each class is stand-alone so you don’t need to attend a series of sessions, just come as and when you want to.

The workshops run on the last Saturdays of the month; 10am-12pm in the dance studio at Gloucester Guildhall.

The workshops are led by Lizzie Hewitt, who has been teaching for 14 years.

Booking is highly recommended as space is limited.

You can pay with cash, bank transfer or PayPal on the day.
