Gloria Molina Grand Park's Downtown Día de los Muertos

Gloria Molina Grand Park’s Downtown Día de los Muertos returns with a free, week-long exhibition of community ofrendas (altars) and two cornerstone events. From October 25 through November 2, the park will be transformed into a sacred and colorful space where Angelenos can honor departed loved ones, reflect, and celebrate life.🌼

• OCT 25. The celebration begins with Grand Ave Arts: All Access, featuring live performances, face painting, workshops, and a special dedication honoring the legacy of Gloria Molina. 🎶🎨
• NOV 2. The program culminates on with Noche de los Muertos, a luminous closing ceremony filled with music, dance, lanterns, and community mercado, bringing us together in remembrance and celebration. 🕯✨
• Throughout the week, explore altars, share memories at the Community Ofrenda, and take part in hands-on activities designed for all ages
