Experience a thrilling evening of choral and brass music as Canterbury Chamber Choir and friends join forces with the dazzling Cantia Quorum Brass for an unforgettable concert of power, colour, and celebration.
At the heart of the programme is John Rutter’s radiant Gloria — a vibrant, joyful masterpiece bursting with rhythmic energy, brilliant brass writing, and soaring choral melodies. The concert also features a rich selection of music from the British choral tradition, with works by Bob Chilcott, Vaughan Williams, Parry and others.
Directed by Peter Futcher, this special collaboration brings together some of Kent’s finest vocal ensembles — The Canterbury Singers, Sound Waves, Pharos Chamber Choir, and Thanet Chamber Choir — united with the glorious sound of Cantia Quorum Brass.
Set within the magnificent space of the Colyer-Fergusson Concert Hall, this promises to be an exhilarating evening celebrating the splendour, drama, and joy of choral music at its finest.
