About this Event

What You’ll Learn

In this workshop, Robert will guide you through the fundamentals of torch working, covering essential safety protocols and equipment theory. His hands-on approach ensures that you don’t just watch, but actively gain the practical skills needed to feel confident behind the flame.

The Experience

  • Personalized Instruction: With small class sizes, you’ll receive dedicated one-on-one attention tailored to your specific skill level.
  • Creative Expression: While learning the technical basics, you are encouraged to experiment and express your unique artistic style.
  • Path to Mastery: This course is designed to bring you one step closer to setting up your own home studio.

Take home your creations!

Every participant will craft at least one custom glass necklace or ornament to take home, though most students complete two unique pieces.

About the instructor:

Robert Bank has been blowing glass for over two decades and has become known in his industry for quality and innovation. He is an entrepreneur and previous owner of multiple retail stores over two decades. He loves his family and to ride his bike allowing time to disappear by a riverbed or the rocky ocean beaches of the Pacific Northwest.
