Welcome to a group exhibition featuring Mette Genet, Frida Lisa Carstensen Jersø, and Alva Le Febvre, curated by Ida Düring.
The artists have spent the past two months in residency at ODP3’s spaces, working under the theme "Avund" (Swedish for jealousy or envy).
For the group exhibition GLARE, they showcase newly created works and insights from the processes developed during their residency.

About the group:
Mette Genet (b. 1988) examines social structures in Scandinavia through the lens of diaspora in her artistic practice. She explores themes related to identity, culture, traditional objects, and belonging.
Frida Lisa Carstensen Jersø (b. 1997) works autobiographically on the sick and disabled body. Her curiosity about the topic stems from her own experiences with illness and the body as a concept in art, as well as the multifaceted nature of space.
Alva Le Febvre (b. 1999) draws inspiration from objects and explores themes such as femininity, violence, childhood, and collecting. She primarily works in the darkroom as a photographic method.
Ida Düring (b. 1995) is a curator with a bachelor's degree in Art History from Södertörn University in Stockholm. She specializes in non-Western art, art pedagogy, intersectional feminism, and gender and race studies.
