Giving Tuesday, 100% Donation Based, Yin Yoga and Sound Journey.
All proceeds from this event will be donated to Cascades Humane Society for Giving Tuesday.
Please join Carol Morrow as she guides you through a deep and relaxing 90 minute Yin Yoga class, while ILC founders/sound artists Anne Taylor and Rick Nichols provide a beautiful and soothing sound journey.
This is a donation based yoga and sound event. All proceeds will be donated to Cascades Humane Society. Please join us to help benefit our furry friends in need. All lives are precious.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and find your spot. Props provided but bring your own if you prefer. Free parking in lot and side streets.
